Synchronizing with Facebook™
There are two ways to use Facebook™ on your device. You can use the standard
Facebook application to access your online Facebook account, or you can
synchronize your Facebook account with your device and share content between
Facebook™ and a range of other applications. For example, you can share music in
the "WALKMAN" application on your device via Facebook. To synchronize your device
with Facebook, you must first set up an "Xperia™ with Facebook" account — a
solution developed by Sony to enable easy integration.

To set up a Facebook™ integration account on your phone

From your Home screen, tap .

Tap Settings > Accounts & sync.

Make sure that synchronization is turned on so that applications can
synchronize data automatically.

Tap Add account > Xperia™ with Facebook.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Facebook™ integration account,
or sign in if you already have an account.
You can also set up a Facebook™ integration account on your phone by marking the
Facebook integration checkbox under Settings > Xperia™ > Xperia™ with Facebook.
To synchronize manually with your Facebook™ integration account

From your Home screen, tap .

Tap Settings > Accounts & sync.

Tap the Xperia™ with Facebook account.

Press , then tap Sync now.
To remove a Facebook™ integration account from your phone
When you remove a Facebook™ integration account from your phone, the associated online
Facebook account is not deleted, and you can still access it from a computer.

Tap Settings > Accounts & sync.

Tap the Xperia™ with Facebook account.

Press , then tap Remove account.

Tap Remove account again to confirm.
